    I’m not betting at 3/1. It doesn’t look like a resigning matter to me, though if I were him I would have challenged the decision, if only to allow the public to have more clarity on why such a controversial decision had been made.

    I’ll mentally tear up my betting slips on him as next Conservative leader though.
